Job mission and responsibilities:

• The execution, implementation and monitoring of accounting operations as well as the preparation of accounting documents.

Tasks for assuming responsibility/mission:

• Verifies and consolidates accounting documents (purchase files, sales files)
• Check the conformity and regularity of accounting documents
• Ensures accounting entries and coded allocations
• Payroll processing for staff after verification of monthly time sheets
• Ensures the periodic preparation and execution of tax and parafiscal declarations.
• Prepares the company's financial statements, accounting and tax documents, and submits them to the relevant authorities after verification by the auditor.
• Ensures the maintenance of legal registers up to date: including the central register, inventory register, payroll register, etc.
• Update of stock values ​​after annual inventory

• Initial training: University level (Master's degree) in the field of finance and accounting
• Additional training: Proficiency in finance and accounting software
• Professional experience: 3 years
• Other : proficiency in languages ​​(French, Arabic)
