Head of IT Delivery and Transformation Innovo Build LLC

Role Purpose

This role is accountable for end to end execution of IT portfolio and transformation initiatives, including IT Maturity Improvement Program. This role ensures that data and technology initiatives are delivered predictably and with measurable business value, while strengthening delivery maturity, financial transparency, and strategic approach to sourcing and vendor management. A key role in the CIO leadership team, this role bridges strategy and execution – turning priorities into outcomes through disciplined delivery, strong governance, and continuous improvement.  

Key Accountabilities

• Build and lead a high performing team, across delivery, portfolio, finance, performance and strategic supplier management  

• Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and outcome ownership 

• Oversee the IT portfolio to ensure initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and resourced effectively  

• Ensure programs and transformation initiatives deliver clear business outcomes, benefits, and value for money  

• Manage interdependencies, risks, and delivery trade-offs across the portfolio 

• Establish and embed delivery standards, methodologies, and governance that scale across the organisation 

• Drive IT Maturity Improvement Program to improve IT’s overall effectiveness, reliability, and responsiveness  

• Own It financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and investment optimisation across IT 

• Work closely with Head of Strategy & Architecture to lead strategic sourcing and vendor management  

• Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to CIO leadership team and other senior stakeholders
