The Sales Manager is responsible for developing used vehicle sales and the performance of the sales team. He manages sales activity, supervises sales consultants, and implements the necessary actions to achieve sales targets and guarantee customer satisfaction.
The Sales Manager is responsible for:
- To supervise, motivate and support the sales team
- To define and monitor individual and collective sales objectives
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions if necessary.
- Actively participate in the development of revenue and sales growth
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to management
- Implement sales strategies to develop sales and improve conversion rates
- Monitor the sales pipeline and sales opportunities
- Ensuring the quality of the customer experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborating with operational teams (fleet, workshop, administration) to ensure smooth sales operations
- To train, motivate and develop the skills of the sales team
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) / Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience , including experience in managing a sales team.
- Experience in the automotive or used vehicle sector is highly valued.
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills
- Leadership, results-oriented approach and ability to unite a team
- Strong analytical and sales performance management skills
