Supervise all financial and accounting activities of the organization.

• develop and monitor budgets, cash flow plans and financial forecasts.
• Ensure that accounts are kept in accordance with current regulations and accounting standards.
• To produce periodic and annual financial statements and guarantee their reliability.
• Ensure compliance with tax, social and legal obligations.
• Establish and optimize internal control procedures.
• To supervise and develop the Finance and Accounting department team.
• Advise the General Management in strategic decision-making.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or equivalent minimum (BAC+4)

• Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in a similar position, ideally in the industrial or mining sector.
• Mastery of accounting and tax standards in force in Algeria.
• Good mastery of computer tools and accounting software.
• Sense of organization, rigor, confidentiality and leadership av r.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
