This will eventually help in finding radical, sustainable solutions to the major issues, improving competitiveness, and supporting smart government in its attempts to keep pace with global advancements, advance education, and push it to broad horizons of excellence, leadership, and competitiveness.

Department Definition

The curriculum goals are to increase health literacy, improve self-efficiency, enhance social responsibility, and promote advocacy and introduce students to the health sector. Students learn to obtain, interpret and apply health information and services in ways that protect and promote personal, family, and community health.

Education is leading to a change in the education system across the UAE. The aims of the programs are to prepare
students for a better tomorrow and equip them with the necessary skills to become valuable members of their respected communities.

Main Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Model and support a learner-centered, hands-on classroom environment that promotes learner engagement and participation.
• Ensure that students reach the expected age-related outcomes for Health Science.
• Gain an understanding of working with Arab youth who will study Health Science in English.
• Create a positive, active, language-rich learning environment.
• Support the learning process by identifying needs and guiding students to achieve their learning objectives.
• Ensure assessments are delivered according to the assessment strategy and guidelines, in a valid and rigorous manner.
• Maintain an accurate record of student achievement and performance. Create positive and effective relationships with colleagues.
