Sales Executive:

  • Drive sales of power tools, hardware, electrical, and plumbing products.
  • Develop and sustain strong client relationships within the construction, building, and maintenance sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers.
  • Assist the sales team with scheduling, presentations, and documentation.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • 5–6 years of proven sales experience in building materials, preferably MEP, with a focus on hardware and plumbing.
  • Strong knowledge of power tools, hardware, electrical, and plumbing products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Sales Coordinator:


Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Process and track customer orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and internal departments to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, ensuring effective communication regarding order status, product details, and inquiries.
  • Enter and maintain accurate records of customer transactions and sales activities in CRM system.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and assist in data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships by following up and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, preparing presentations, and maintaining sales documentation.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of proven experience in sales coordination or back-office support within the building materials/MEP sector, preferably with exposure to hardware, plumbing, and electrical products.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, reporting, data management), Microsoft Office applications, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to coordinate with sales, logistics, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Candidates based in India and willing to relocate to the UAE are preferred.

Salary: Competitive; Visa, Insurance and Initial accommodation will be provided by company
