  • Assist in the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job offers, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Integrate new recruits, ensuring they receive all the necessary information and training to successfully begin their new role.
  • Payroll processing.
  • Prepare reports for management, the finance department and all other relevant departments.
  • Monitor compliance with established HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
  • Manage employee benefits, including handling complaints, monitoring changes and communicating all global HR information from Brenntag to employees.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide support for HR initiatives and projects, such as employee satisfaction surveys, training programs and company events.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring their accuracy and updating.
  • Plan and organize the preparation of HR regulatory reports to ensure effective and efficient business operations.
  • Ensure the complete execution of HR administrative activities using the company's HR tools.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR processes, systems and procedures.

b>Administration/b>

  • Knowledge of local legislation relating to foreign trade.
  • Preparation of import authorization files.
  • Supervise administrative compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (reports, declarations, certificates).
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of administrative processes.
  • To ensure the daily administrative management of the HR department and personnel (file management, archiving, official correspondence).
  • Prepare and follow up on official documents related to employment contracts, agreements, amendments and certificates.
  • Manage internal and external requests for administrative information.

i>- Bachelor s degree from a relevant university/department. /i>

b> i>- Fluency in English is a must. The candidate must hold a verbal proficiency in English. The interviews will be conducted in English./i> /b>

i>- Knowledge of human resources best practices, laws, and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant with labor laws./i>

i>- Proven working experience as a HR specialist or supervisor at least 3-5 years./i>

i>- People oriented and results driven with demonstrable experience with Human Resources technical metrics, terms & aspects./i>

i>- Knowledge on over framing HR approaches./i>

Desired qualifications

  • University degree in the field.
  • b>Mastery of English is essential, with strong oral communication skills./b>
  • Knowledge of best HR practices, laws and regulations to ensure the company's compliance with labor law.
  • Proven professional experience as an HR specialist or supervisor for at least 3-5 years.
  • People and results oriented, with demonstrable experience with HR metrics, technical terms and HR aspects.
  • Knowledge of global approaches to HR management.
