Ensure product compliance with customer requirements.
To ensure quality interface with Clients and Authorities, and to maintain a lasting relationship of trust.
Gather and translate the voice of the customer into operational quality requirements, negotiate their application and ensure their follow-up.
Provide close management and coaching to the industrial quality team.
Supporting the deployment of the APQP approach
Manage the quality performance of industrialization deliverables and ensure monitoring of the APQP approach.
Ensure the validation of ISP/DVI product files
Participate in the continuous improvement of the entity
