IT Specialist experience in Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications, email systems, laptops, desktops, printers, software, and hardware..

Skills: 

 Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure services
 Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues
Effective communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
 Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based environments
 Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, CCTV, Printers and security. 
 Experience in leading IT projects and teams
 Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and cybersecurity
Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
 Basic network troubleshooting is a must
 Basic servers & infrastructure knowledge & troubleshooting
 Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, applications. including operating systems (Windows, macOS), email systems, laptops, desktops, printers, software, and hardware.
