What you will do:
- Install Partner Support : Zuper and Billing Support.
- Ticket Management : Resolve partner requests and issues.
- Install Partner Onboarding : Integrating new partners.
- IP Slot Management : Slot assignment and monitoring for installers.
- Documentation collection : Collection of documents necessary for collaboration.
- Escalation Management : Obtaining expired documents.
- Invoice Approval : Manage invoice approval.
- DiCo Template : Creation of templates for invoices and control plans.

The work takes place 5 working days and 2 days off (40 hours per week).

What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language, written and spoken, level C1.
- Previous experience in Back Office Operations or similar positions.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
