الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Serve as the academic supervisor and primary coordinator for student field training on behalf of the College.
Coordinate with approved training organizations and ensure their suitability for students’ specializations and their capacity to achieve the intended training outcomes.
Develop, review, and approve field-training plans in coordination with training organizations, ensuring alignment with program learning outcomes and UAE media labor market requirements.
Monitor student registration in field training courses and ensure regular attendance, commitment, and compliance with training requirements.
Supervise and evaluate student performance through:
- Interim progress reports
- Final evaluation reports
- Direct communication with training site supervisors
Document all field training requirements (training records, plans, evaluations, and reports) and maintain organized files ready for audit and accreditation purposes.
Conduct field visits to training sites when necessary and document visit outcomes using approved institutional templates.
Receive, follow up on, and resolve student complaints related to field training in accordance with approved procedures and in coordination with relevant parties.
Prepare and submit periodic field training reports to the College administration and relevant authorities, including the Ministry when required.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of field training programs and propose new training partners in line with developments in the media and communication sector in the UAE.
Perform any other duties related to the nature of the role as assigned by the Vice Dean or direct supervisor, in accordance with university policies and regulations.

General Conditions:
2-3 years of professional experience in Field of training, coordination or academic supervision.
Experience in Employment within media, communication, or public relations organizations.
Demonstrated knowledge of the UAE media and communication labor market and its professional requirements.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to prepare reports and documentation in accordance with approved institutional templates.
Effective communication skills with students and training organizations.
Proficiency in electronic systems used for monitoring and managing field training.
Strong commitment to academic ethics and field training governance standards.
