Reporting to the IT Manager, your main responsibilities will include: 

• Perform initial installation, update and repair of computer equipment (applications, hardware, telephony) and assist in getting started with installed equipment and software.
• Install the applications (manually following procedures, or via teledistribution) according to a deployment plan and install the updates
• Perform user testing and acceptance testing of IT equipment and monitor equipment performance.
• Helping with the onboarding of installed equipment and software.
• Manage the network-connected IT infrastructure in the CMDB, track stock movements, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve computer, network, messaging or telephony incidents, then document detailed and precise technical notes concerning each problem and the measures taken to resolve it.
• Manage the ticket queue, ensuring all tickets are assigned, properly tracked, and processed according to SLAs.
• Workplace safety: Check equipment compliance with standards and take the necessary steps to bring it into compliance. And keep management informed of any identified problems or risks.
• Carry out local infrastructure/network actions at the request of central teams.
• Working closely with other IT service centers to deploy group projects and solutions.
