HR legal advice:

• To ensure ongoing legal monitoring in labor law and social law.
• Advise the Department and managers on the application of laws, regulations and collective agreements.
• To prevent legal risks and propose appropriate solutions.

Management of individual employment relationships:

• Drafting and legally securing employment contracts, amendments and administrative decisions.
• Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with legal texts.
• Follow up on individual cases: sick leave, work accidents, disputes.

Drafting and checking HR documents:

• Verify the conformity of the documents submitted by the HR department.
• Ensure the filing and updating of regulatory files.

Participation in HR projects:

• Contribute to the design and legal compliance of HR procedures.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Supporting cross-functional projects: recruitment, mobility, evaluation.
