Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator , a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our shipping and delivery processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing shipping documentation, monitoring delivery times and methods, and managing priorities and the quality of service provided by couriers.

Main responsibilities :

• Preparing delivery documents : Ensure all necessary shipping documents are properly completed and ready. This includes creating warehouse preparation orders, delivery notes, and other necessary shipping documents.
• Delivery Tracking : Verify that deliveries are completed on time and according to the agreed methods. Use tracking systems to monitor shipment status and intervene in the event of delays or issues.
• Courier Priority and Performance Management : Evaluate and manage courier performance, ensuring service levels are met. Plan shipping priorities based on business needs and customer requests.
• Effective Communication : Maintain clear and ongoing communication with carriers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any discrepancies or logistical issues.
• Reporting : Prepare periodic reports on delivery status, courier performance, and other KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) related to the logistics department.
