Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan for the multi-location ERP deployment, detailing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and milestones;
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements;
• Lead the full lifecycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP, including finance, operations, inventory, and supply chain modules;
• Oversee and guide the configuration, customization, and integration efforts, ensuring ERP modules are optimized for multi-location functionality;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and progress;
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for end-users and business teams, ensuring that all locations understand ERP processes and functionalities;
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with multi-location deployment, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact;
• Establish a framework for reporting, tracking, and resolving project issues, maintaining full visibility for stakeholders and leadership;
• Oversee testing protocols, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure system stability and accuracy before go-live;
• Develop and execute a change management plan, including training materials and resources, to ensure user adoption across all locations;
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future ERP initiatives.
