Manager - UX/UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced Manager UX/UI Designer to lead the user experience design process for digital products related to Open Finance. The role focuses on creating intuitive, seamless, and user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for wireframing, prototyping, usability testing support, and UI design, while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with both user needs and business goals.

This role requires someone who can own the design lifecycle, advocate for users, and contribute to the evolution of UX strategy and design processes.

Key Responsibilities UX & Interaction Design

• Design the information architecture and interaction flows for websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and sitemaps to ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys.
• Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and product adoption.

Prototyping & UI Design

• Develop low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Miro.
• Create high-quality UI designs, mockups, and interactive prototypes aligned with design systems.
• Work closely with UI and development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to align design with product strategy.
• Present design concepts, research insights, and usability findings to stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product lifecycle.

UX Strategy & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of UX strategy aligned with product and business goals.
• Continuously improve design processes, workflows, and collaboration practices.
• Apply Agile or Lean methodologies to iterate and optimize design outcomes.

Usability & User Research

• Support usability testing, user interviews, and research activities.
• Analyze user insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Translate research findings into actionable product improvements.

Project Ownership

• Manage design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Ensure designs maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

• 6 8 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proven experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within Agile environments.

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in Figma, Sketch, Miro, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of user research and design thinking methodologies.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
• Understanding of responsive design and digital accessibility.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end frameworks is a plus.
