1. Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for property launches, brand campaigns, and sales promotions. 

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. 

• Set clear KPIs and monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.

2. Digital Marketing:

•  Manage and optimize digital channels: SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube), and Google Ads. 

• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms. 

• Oversee the company’s website content and UX/UI updates in collaboration with web developers.

3. Content Creation:

• Produce high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, videos, case studies, and property listings. 

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and designers for visual content. 

• Write persuasive copy for ads, press releases, and client communications.

4. Brand Management: 

•    Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. 

•    Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions. 

•    Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders.

5. Lead Generation & CRM:

•    Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. 

•    Manage lead-nurturing campaigns and track conversion metrics. 

•    Utilize CRM systems to segment audiences and personalize marketing outreach.

6. Budget Management: 

•    Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI. 

•    Report on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
