Job Title: MEP & Civil Site Supervisor

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Location: UAE

Reporting To: Project Manager / Senior Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a MEP & Civil Site Engineer with 0 to 2 years of UAE experience to manage and supervise site activities related to MEP and civil works for construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and civil works on site as per drawings and specifications

• Coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, shop drawings, and method statements

• Monitor project progress and report site status to the Project Manager

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project timelines

• Conduct inspections and coordinate with consultants for approvals

• Handle material requests, site measurements, and work progress reports

• Resolve technical issues and site coordination problems

• Maintain proper site documentation and daily reports

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / MEP Engineering or related field

• 0 - 2 years of relevant site experience (UAE experience preferred)

• Good knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and construction methods

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications

• Familiar with QA/QC procedures and site safety standards

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in MEP projects

• Knowledge of local authority requirements (Dubai / Abu Dhabi – added advantage)

• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: 4000 to 5000 As per experience
