Technical and operational supervision
Supervise all offshore workover operations (pulling, running tubing, ESP change out, conversions, cleaning, tests, etc.)
Ensure the implementation of programs approved by the Operator
Validate the operational sequences and authorize the start of operations
Identify and resolve operational problems in coordination with the Operator
Ensuring the optimization of time and costs (NPT)
HSE and regulatory compliance
Ensure strict compliance with the Operator's HSE rules and applicable offshore regulations.
Participate in HSE meetings, toolbox meetings and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Stop any operation deemed non-compliant or dangerous
Report any incident, accident or near miss immediately
Coordination et communication
Coordinate RIG/HWOU activities with service companies
To act as the interface between the onshore operator and the offshore teams
Participate in daily operations follow-up meetings
Reporting et documentation
Prepare and submit daily workover reports
Write incident and operational event reports
Contribute to the End of Well Report
Profile and qualifications required
Education and experience
Engineering degree or equivalent (Petroleum, Drilling, Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline)
Minimum 10 years' experience in offshore workover operations
Proven experience in offshore supervision of workover rigs and hydraulic units of workover "HWOU"
Good knowledge of workover equipment and associated operations
Technical skills
Mastery of offshore workover procedures
Knowledge of API and ISO standards and O&G best practices
Ability to manage critical and urgent offshore situations
Mandatory certifications
Valid medical certificate
IWCF or IADC Well Control (supervisory level)
LANGUAGES
Arabic & French: fluent
English: operational (reading, report writing, communication)
Conditions for mobilization
Location: Operator's offshore facility, ASHTART site
Work schedule:
Offshore rotation (e.g., 14/14 or as per operational need)
Mission duration: extended campaign over 6 months starting in April 2026 (workover campaign / framework contract)
Mobilization/demobilization: ensured by the Service Provider according to the Operator's instructions
