الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Oversee the daily operations of the nursery branch, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children and staff.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of early childhood educators and support staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national regulations regarding health, safety, and early childhood education.
- Manage branch budgets, resources, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Recruit, onboard, and evaluate staff performance, providing ongoing training and support.
- Oversee events, workshops, and activities that enhance the preschool experience for children and families.
- Monitor and assess the developmental progress of children, ensuring individualized support and intervention as needed.
- Promote the preschool s values, mission, and reputation within the local community and among prospective families.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in early childhood education, preschool management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership and team management skills within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, parents, and children.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and administrative processes.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements for preschools.
- Ability to develop and implement educational programs and curricula.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and positive learning environment.
