Role Overview:

RPS is seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners at the very start of their educational journey. This role plays a vital part in fostering a love for learning by creating a warm, engaging, and supportive environment where every child feels valued, safe, and encouraged to explore and grow. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and a deep understanding of early childhood development to provide high-quality learning experiences that spark curiosity and build strong foundations for future success.

Successful candidates will have:

• Bachelor's Degree with QTS or PGCE in Early Years Education or international equivalent.
  
• A minimum of 2 years teaching experience.
  
• Proven track record of working with children aged 18 months 3years old.
  
• Experience of working in a British curriculum school.
  
• A caring, enthusiastic, and patient approach to teaching.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Experience of adding value to a reputable educational organisation.
  
• Experience of working as a team member in a school environment.
  
• Experience of maintaining confidentiality.
  
• Experience of working in a multi-cultural setting.
