Responsible for the capacity, speed, and quality of merchant onboarding of Keeta GCC area.

1. Develop and implement OB processes, establishing SOPs and SLAs for each country, along with implementation guidelines to ensure standardized execution.

2. Manage agents by utilizing workforce forecasting, scheduling, attendance tracking, evaluation, inspection, and training to enhance team efficiency.

3. Manage and improve the efficiency of outsourcing teams, including procurement, SLA standards, evaluation, training, and settlement mechanisms of outsourcing service providers.

4. Drive the optimization of OB processes and product capabilities to enhance the efficiency of service representatives, merchant service quality, and service transparency.

5. Expand the scope of OB services, providing early customer operations and store setup quality improvements. Opportunity to manage large-scale teams in multi-function; rapidly growing business; fast development of skills in management, operations, and product areas.
