Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to lead and elevate the performance of two specialty coffee shops in Dubai. Role Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Multi-Unit Manager within the UAE F&B or specialty coffee sector
• Hands-on leadership approach with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teams
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control
• Skilled in SOP development, scheduling, and driving operational efficiency
• Expertise in supply chain management, vendor coordination, and inventory control
• Confident, poised, and articulate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in English
• Highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for service excellence
• Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
• Ability to travel between both locations a valid driving licence and own car are required
