Operations Manager (F/H) - Marrakech Concentrix Corporation

Your mission

As a Project Manager, you will play a strategic role in the success of operations and will be responsible for the performance of your area of ​​responsibility. Your tasks will include:

• Ensure the achievement of the set qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Managing operational indicators: performance, profitability, margin, turnover, absenteeism.
• Produce and analyze activity reports for management.
• Prepare and lead production committees; participate in client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with processes and quality standards (customer and internal).
• Supervising a team of senior supervisors/supervisors: individual and collective objectives, performance monitoring and evaluation, development plan and support in skills development.
• Analyze performance, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage production incidents and maintain a good social climate within the teams.
• Collaborating with Concentrix international teams on joint projects.
