الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Ø Coordinates the deployment of vehicles and labour continuously
Ø Coordination with clients on a regular basis.
Ø Maintaining Daily reports
Ø Supervision of overall operational functions
Ø Obtaining gate passes & permits
Ø Complete a Job assessment prior to commence of work & monitoring scheduled progress.
Ø Reporting structure to management.
Ø Check the status of maintenance and repair work on vehicles.
Ø Coordinate incoming work with the existing work load.
Ø Answer all calls and respond to complaints from the drivers
Ø Shall be responsible for the overall supervision of operational functions on a day to day basis
Ø Shall be responsible for job analysis and preparing completion report
Ø Shall be responsible for preparing and maintaining day to day basis operational reports
Ø Shall be responsible for coordinating with the workshop supervisor for vehicle breakdowns
Ø Shall be responsible for daily deployment of vehicles and coordination with Drivers and labors for day to day operations.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
o Has substantial work experience in waste management in the GCC or previously in GCC
o Valid Driving License
o Degree holder
o Computer literate; with all MS Office
o Young and energetic, and able to converse and write English /Hindi fluently
o Should be able to work under pressure and respond to emergency as and when required
o Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with associates
o Must be strong willed and confident in his demeanor
o Strong communication/Commanding skills.
