• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and staff engagement programs

• Support recruitment efforts, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews

• Help maintain HR records, systems, and internal communications

• Contribute to employee wellness and recognition initiatives

• Assist in organizing events, trainings, and team-building activities

• Be a daily support for team members our Heartists across departments
