Presales Consultant (Software & RPA)

Collaborate with sales teams to gather client requirements and design tailored software and RPA solutions.

• Create technical architecture and solution designs that address customer pain points while aligning with business goals.
• Ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable within the client s technical environment.
• Work closely with sales teams to provide technical support during the sales cycle, including product demonstrations, proof of concept (PoC) development, and technical presentations.
• Prepare and deliver detailed RPA solution presentations to customers, demonstrating how the solution meets their needs.
• Respond to client RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with accurate and detailed technical responses.
• Engage with RPA and software vendors to understand their product offerings, integrations, and capabilities.
• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure alignment on technical requirements, pricing, and product updates.
• Collaborate with vendors during the solution design process to ensure the compatibility and optimization of their technologies within client environments.
• Create high-quality technical documentation, including solution proposals, white papers, product specifications, and user guides.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and aligned with the technical requirements of both the sales team and the client.
• Develop technical case studies and success stories to showcase the effectiveness of proposed solutions.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of RPA tools, software products, and market trends.
• Stay updated on new features, updates, and advancements in the software and RPA industry.
• Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on new products and solutions, ensuring they are well-versed in the technical aspects.
• Engage with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and technical environments.
• Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, building trust and credibility with clients through in-depth knowledge and solution insights.
• Provide post-sales technical support as needed, ensuring a seamless transition from presales to implementation.
• Work closely with the product management team to provide feedback on client needs, product performance, and market trends.
• Participate in product development discussions, ensuring that future product features and enhancements align with customer demands and industry trends.
• Conduct thorough competitive analyses to identify strengths and weaknesses of competing RPA and software solutions.
• Use insights from competitor research to position your solutions more effectively in the market.
• Build and present demo environments that showcase RPA and software solutions tailored to specific client use cases.
• Develop proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the practical application and benefits of the proposed solution.
• Work closely with internal teams, including development, project management, and implementation teams, to ensure smooth delivery of client solutions.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are realistic in terms of implementation, aligning technical requirements with development capabilities.
