• Diploma / ITI / NCVT / Trade Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related technical discipline. (Candidates with secondary education plus relevant technical training may also be considered).
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial operations (freshers with relevant technical qualifications may be considered).
• Basic computer literacy is mandatory for data entry, production reporting, use of basic systems or handheld devices.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices is required; prior exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Understanding of safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift schedules, including day and night shifts, as per operational requirements.
• Ability to follow instructions, meet production targets, and work effectively as part of a team.
• Disciplined, reliable, and safety-conscious.
• Physically fit and capable of performing production-related tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to process improvements.
• Basic understanding of the English language - ability to read, write, understand, and follow work instructions.
• Professional attitude with respect for company policies and team collaboration.
• Immediate joiners are preferred but not required.

Remuneration will be offered within an established and approved range, aligned with internal benchmarking to ensure parity and equity within the grade and team. All statutory benefits will be provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law.
