To cope with the increased demand for LEAP engine maintenance in the coming years, SAESC has launched the construction of a new shop in Morocco. Our new workshop, located in the Casablanca-Settat region, will handle the maintenance of new types of civil aircraft engines (LEAP).

Within the shop, this position corresponds to the first hierarchical level of the production organization.

Its missions are:

• Manage the team with the aim of achieving SQCDPI objectives, and in accordance with the client's needs.
• Participate in improving the performance of your area
• Ensure the capitalization of experience and the skills development of the team. Develop versatility, autonomy, cross-functionality, and innovation, based on the leadership model.

AXE MANAGERIAL :

Health, safety, environment (HSE):

• Demonstrate leadership and exemplary behavior in HSE matters, guarantee the safety and health of employees and contribute to improving the approach:
• --Managing HSE performance and reducing risks and their impacts: identifying and addressing deviations, analyzing risks, establishing and implementing risk prevention and treatment plans, integrating HSE aspects into activities, industrial projects and organizational changes
• --Protect and empower teams in HSE matters: train employees, ensure the maintenance of skills and qualifications, provide resources (protective equipment, compliant means and materials), enforce instructions and rules, manage the analysis of incidents, corrective actions and associated communication

Organize the activity:

• Define the team organization according to operational objectives
• Ensure the distribution of work by systematically optimizing machine time

D. Develop the team's skills:

• Evaluate the individual and collective skills of your team in relation to short and medium-term needs
• Ensuring the development and availability of skills through versatility, training, mobility, and recruitment.
