Job Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily production of salads and fresh-cut fruit and vegetable items, making sure everything looks great, tastes fresh and meets our quality standards.
Assign and guide tasks for the production team to keep the workflow smooth and ensure all products are completed on time.
Check each batch carefully to confirm it meets the required weight, specifications and internal quality guidelines before dispatch.
Maintain strict hygiene and keep the work area clean, organized and fully compliant at all times.
Apply HACCP and ISO 22000 standards across all production activities and make sure the team follows procedures properly.
Work closely with QC, dispatch, receiving and warehouse teams to keep the entire operation running without delays.
Track and record wastage daily, and work with the team to reduce it wherever possible.
Train both new and current staff on proper cutting techniques, safe food handling, hygiene and efficient workflows.
Identify potential issues early whether related to equipment, delays, shortages or quality and report them to the Production Manager.
Support ongoing improvements to make the production line safer, more efficient and more consistent over time.
Requirements :
Experience in food production, ideally with fresh-cut fruits, vegetables or ready-to-eat salads.
Strong leadership skills and the confidence to manage a team and handle shifting priorities.
Sharp attention to detail and good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Knowledge of HACCP and ISO 22000 is a strong advantage.
Comfortable working in a chilled environment.
Reliable, organized and able to communicate clearly with different teams.
