We are looking for a skilled and motivated production trainer to join our team in Bouznika, Morocco. As a production trainer, you will play a crucial role in improving the skills and efficiency of our production staff, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining safety standards.

• to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for production staff
• Organize regular training sessions on production processes, equipment operation and safety procedures.
• evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online learning modules.
• Collaborate with production managers to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Monitor and analyze production parameters to identify training needs and measure program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with quality control standards and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Mentoring new employees and providing ongoing support to existing staff.
• Keeping up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in the field of manufacturing.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production department.
