WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead discovery sessions with clients on their technical requirements and business processes relating to the management of their financial instrument s portfolio, including debt instruments, derivatives, and investments
• Gather and intimately understand full requirements and document the scope of implementation
• Articulate design rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing goal
• Act as an SME for financial instruments and risk, and train both clients and internal parties on the module and on market best practice
• Participate in building and implementation of the solution
• Help support & troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation
• Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and budget
• Ensure client expectations are met / exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered
• Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues related to financial instruments
• Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels
