Managing programs in development and in series production:

• Managing the achievement of program objectives in terms of quality, cost, deadlines, technical performance, and customer satisfaction. Mastery of Earned Value Management methodology would be an asset.
• Managing the risks and opportunities of the program (Identification, Analysis and action plan)
• Managing changes (product or project)
• To drive the continuous improvement of programs.
• To ensure compliance with the defined industrial strategy and to be proactive in proposing ways to develop it.
• Conduct periodic routines of the program in coordination with the different departments (via Obeya, collaborative tools, ...).

Managing client interfaces throughout the program:

• Facilitating program launch meetings
• Organize the relationship between the client and the program team.
• Organize regular reviews with the client.
• To manage, in a matrix structure, the program team to achieve the program objectives.
• Create the Program Management Plan (program breakdown into work packages, identification of deliverables, program schedule, stakeholders)
• Manage the program requirements
• Managing resources: Ensuring the proper qualitative and quantitative adequacy of the necessary resources (material and human).
• Choose the appropriate management methodology(ies) (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall, etc.) for the different phases of the program.
