Project Manager - Dairy

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct the technical feasibility for projects and facilitate the financial feasibility assessment.
• Define project scope, tasks, and resource requirements in collaboration with all stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Create detailed process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), engineering drawings, and layouts according to process requirements.
• Prepare and review contractual documents, tender documents, and project-related submittals, ensuring compliance with KDD and industry standards.
• Create project specifications, review quotations, and contractual submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform site visits and fieldwork to collect necessary data and define project deliverables, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Perform and verify engineering calculations as required.
• Identify and manage all project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across functions.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor the project budget to ensure cost control and efficiency.
• Lead and manage all aspects of project procurement, ensuring timely availability of materials and services.
• Oversee resource allocation and monitor project team performance.
• Track and report project progress to management on a timely basis.
• Define and maintain the project risk register, ensuring effective mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and oversee change management processes for project adjustments or scope modifications.
• Support external projects within the area of specialization as required.
• Contribute to team competency development by sharing expertise and providing mentorship.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and KDD s operational standards.
• Execute management directives and other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
