الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Plan and execute construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are aligned.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, safety codes, and other statutory requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work meets design and safety specifications.
  • Manage project documentation — including contracts, drawings, and change orders.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
  • Lead project meetings with stakeholders to report progress, issues, and milestones.
  • Supervise project teams, providing direction, motivation, and performance feedback.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in the construction of mid-rise residential buildings (G+3 to G+11).
  • Delivered projects up to, or above a value of AED 350M.
  • Stakeholder management is critical and must be able to demonstrate same.
  • Good all round construction experience so a candidate with a technical background of either; Civil/Arch/MEP/QS, is necessary.
  • PM from a manufacturing background is a bonus.
  • Strong familiarity with Dubai authority regulations and site execution standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and decision-making skills.
