• Implement and monitor company QHSE policies, procedures, and standards

• Ensure compliance with ADNOC and client-specific HSE requirements

• Support yard and site operations with proactive HSE supervision

Site & Yard Safety

• Conduct regular yard and site inspections

• Identify hazards and ensure implementation of control measures

• Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) compliance

Risk Management

• Prepare, review, and monitor:

• Risk Assessments (RA)

• Method Statements (MS)

• Job Safety Analysis (JSA)

• Ensure effective risk mitigation measures are in place

Training & Awareness

• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks

• Promote HSE awareness and safe work practices

Incident Management

• Report, investigate, and document incidents and near misses

• Prepare corrective and preventive action reports

• Follow up on implementation and closure of actions

Audits & Reporting

• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections

• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with operations teams, project teams, clients, and external stakeholders on HSE matters
