Quality Control Executive Camelicious - Emirates Industry for Camel Milk & Products LLC

Role Purpose

The Quality Control Executive will play a key role in maintaining compliance with food safety and quality standards across production operations. The position is responsible for in-process quality control, documentation accuracy, audit readiness, and proactive monitoring of compliance requirements across multiple production shifts. He/she will also support release processes, reduce non-conformities, ensure traceability, and contribute to improving Right-First-Time batch performance.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Control & Compliance

• Perform in-process quality checks across production stages to ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, SOPs, HACCP, PRPs, and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct hygiene verification and environmental monitoring in alignment with internal and external standards.

• Support product batch release processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely review of records.

Documentation & Traceability

• Maintain and update QA documentation with 100% accuracy, always ensuring audit readiness.

• Ensure real-time traceability of batches, raw materials, corrective actions, and consumer complaints.

• Assist with maintaining export documentation for regulated international markets (China/EU/USA/GCC).

Non-Conformance, CAPA & Complaints

• Monitor, document, and support closure of deviations, CAPA, NCRs, and consumer complaints.

• Ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding actions to reduce backlog and strengthen compliance.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and escalate risks, trends, or repeated non-conformities with recommended corrective actions.

• Support training activities for production and warehouse teams to strengthen compliance culture.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Retail Outlets teams to ensure operational alignment and execution of QA requirements.

• Support readiness for internal, customer, and third-party audits.
