الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, buyers, sellers, and tenants

  2. Conduct market research and stay updated on Dubai property trends and pricing strategies

  3. Guide clients on investment potential, positioning, and transaction processes

  4. Conduct luxury property viewings and manage the complete sales lifecycle

  5. Negotiate confidently and ensure smooth deal closure

  6. Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company standards

  7. Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to revenue growth

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Dubai real estate brokerage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • Target-driven mindset with high financial motivation

  • Professional discipline and long-term career vision

  • Financial stability to sustain the initial 4–6 months performance cycle

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of real estate operations, contracts, and property principles

  • Proven sales track record and client relationship management experience

  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
