Job Description

We are seeking motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Agents to join our growing team. This role is perfect for both experienced real estate professionals and fresh candidates passionate about sales, property management, and customer service.

You will manage property listings, advise clients, and close sales and leasing transactions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and active prospecting

  • List and market properties for sale and rent on major portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle)

  • Conduct market research and advise clients on pricing, trends, and legal requirements

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings with buyers and tenants

  • Negotiate sales and leasing agreements between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants

  • Ensure documentation and closing comply with UAE real estate regulations (RERA / Abu Dhabi Municipality)

  • Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

Requirements

General:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

  • Strong sales mindset with entrepreneurial attitude

  • Ability to use CRM systems and property listing portals

  • Professional appearance and positive work ethic

  • UAE driving license and own car preferred

Experienced Candidates:

  • Proven UAE real estate sales or leasing experience

  • Established client/investor network preferred

  • Knowledge of key areas: Yas Island, Saadiyat, Reem Island, etc.

Fresh Candidates:

  • Strong interest in real estate and sales

  • Willingness to learn and grow in a competitive environment

  • Resilient, motivated, and target-oriented

  • Background in sales or customer service is a plus
