Your tasks:

Searching for job postings on common job portals

Conducting cold calls to successfully place candidates.

Building and expanding a solid customer base in various industries

Direct approach to specialists and managers on various channels

Conducting introductory conversations via telephone and Microsoft Teams

Processing of applicant data and creation of qualification profiles

Advising job seekers on opportunities and prospects

Relevant experience in personnel placement or temporary staffing

Many years of experience in active sourcing/direct approach

Employee-oriented mindset and a strong sense of values

Excellent communication skills and strong social skills

Good knowledge of office applications and online tools
