Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh is seeking an experienced and results-driven Reservations Manager to oversee the reservations operation and contribute to maximizing revenue and guest satisfaction. This role is vital in leading the team to provide seamless, high-quality service while ensuring room availability and pricing are managed strategically.
What you will do
Lead, train, and mentor the Reservations team, ensuring professional and efficient service in line with Four Seasons standards.
Manage room and rate availability to maximize occupancy and revenue, using strategic forecasting and analysis.
Collaborate with the Sales team to manage group bookings, ensuring accurate tracking of files, cut-off dates, and special requirements.
Oversee daily operations including handling VIP bookings, return guest preferences, and special requests.
Control and analyze daily pick-up, cancellations, no-shows, and sources of reservations to guide business decisions.
Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly occupancy and revenue forecasts.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely distribution of reservation confirmations and guest communication.
Resolve guest concerns and billing disputes with professionalism and discretion.
Ensure all staff are trained in hotel services, room categories, and upselling techniques to enhance revenue and guest experience.
Liaise with other Four Seasons properties and local Reservations Managers to share best practices and enhance performance.

Schedule & Hours: Full-time position

Education: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within the (Reservations Department or Rooms Division) with proven success in leading and developing a team.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities in English, additional languages are an advantage.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong overall computer literacy.
Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with hotel property management system.
Problem-Solving & Organization: Ability to remain composed under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain accuracy in high-volume situations.
Guest Focus: Demonstrated commitment to exceptional guest service, ensuring each reservation inquiry is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
