Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structured compliance review plans using standardized audit checklists.
- Conduct compliance assessments across operational and administrative areas, identifying risks and reporting findings.
- Monitor adherence to internal reporting timelines across financial and operational departments.
- Collaborate with management and relevant teams to address and resolve non-compliance issues.
- Support the implementation of new compliance programs and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits across UAE business units to ensure continuous compliance with organizational policies.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain detailed documentation for management review.
- Assist in internal investigations and support risk mitigation measures.

Bachelor s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of experience in compliance, audit, or operations within corporate environments.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to organizational integrity.
Excellent communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Compliance or audit certification (e.g., CCEP, CIA) is an advantage.
