Develop and implement the company s Risk Management Policy, framework, and procedures.

Identify, evaluate, and monitor financial, operational, compliance, market, liquidity, and technology risks.

Prepare and present periodic risk reports to senior management and the Risk Committee.

Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and flag potential breaches of risk limits.

Collaborate with all departments to integrate risk management into day-to-day operations.

Evaluate risk associated with new products, services, or business initiatives.

Liaise with internal/external auditors and regulatory authorities regarding risk matters.

Contribute to the development of the company s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plans.

Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the impact of extreme market conditions.

Promote risk awareness and provide necessary training to staff on risk-related topics.
