Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate STEM & Robotics Trainer to deliver practical technology programs for students aged 6 to 16.

The trainer will deliver engaging sessions in Robotics, Coding, AI basics, and Engineering concepts through project-based learning.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with children and want to build future innovators.

Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery

• Conduct Robotics, Coding, and STEM classes for students.

• Teach using hands-on learning and practical projects.

• Deliver sessions in:

  • Robotics & Automation

  • Coding (Scratch / Python / Block Coding)

  • AI & Computational Thinking (basic level)

  • Electronics & Arduino

  • Engineering & Innovation Projects

• Adapt lessons to students' ages and learning levels.

• Maintain an engaging and positive classroom environment.

Student Development

• Encourage creativity, logical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Support students in competitions, exhibitions, and projects.

• Identify advanced learners and guide them further.

• Build students' confidence and presentation skills.

Lab & Classroom Management

• Prepare robotics kits and learning materials before sessions.

• Maintain equipment, inventory, and safety standards.

• Ensure devices and learning tools are handled properly.

• Keep classrooms organized and ready for training.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain student attendance and progress records.

• Share regular feedback with the Academic Coordinator.

• Support demo classes, workshops, and events.

• Participate in camps, school programs, and exhibitions.
