Sales Consultant SmartWills

We're hiring 2 Remote Sales Consultants for SmartWills — a legal-tech company based in Dubai that helps expats register their UAE will.

IMPORTANT: This is a commission-only role (no base salary). Read the full description before applying. If you need a fixed monthly salary, this is not for you.

WHY THIS IS WORTH YOUR ATTENTION:

Your leads are already pre-qualified. Every person on your calendar has already visited our website, watched a video, confirmed their situation through a form, and booked the call themselves. You're not cold calling. You're not convincing strangers. You're guiding people who already know they need this service.

In 100 conversations, only 1 person says a flat "no."

THE ROLE:

• 7-12 video calls per day with warm, pre-qualified leads

• Consultative conversations (30-45 minutes) with entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals

• Follow up with prospects using our AI-powered system (it drafts personalized messages from your call transcripts — you review and send)

• Keep your CRM (Go High Level) updated daily

• 3 hours/week of sales training and roleplay with the team

COMPENSATION:

100% commission — no base salary for the first 6 months.

• 8% commission on every deal (up to 100,000 AED/month revenue)

• 10% commission on ALL revenue when you exceed 100,000 AED/month

• Average deal size: ~$1,000 USD

Realistic monthly earnings:

• Months 1-2 (learning): $870-$1,300/month

• Months 3-5 (proficiency): $1,500-$2,000/month

• Month 6+ (strong performer): $2,700-$4,000+/month

• Peak months: $4,900-$5,400/month

After 6 months of strong performance: option for base + commission structure, and visa sponsorship to Dubai.

HOW THE HIRING PROCESS WORKS:

1. Application Form (CV + cover letter + a few questions) — 15 minutes

2. Video Presentation (2-minute video introducing yourself) — we want to see your energy and communication

3. Assessment (written test + sales roleplay video)

4. Group Interview with our Founder
