Roles and Responsibilities

Scope of the role

· Responsible to clarifying sales queries and on-time submittal of quotes in consultation and coordination with sales team.


Job Profile

· Helps the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers, filing all relevant documents and communicating relevant information

· Arranges all up-to-date support materials for sales team

· Attends to all customer query, Informs customer on material availability and tentative LT for delivery

· Records all sales queries and responds within Lead-time

· Prepares and sends Sales quotation based on the sales query as per Lead-time

· Follow up for the quotation sent, record the customer interaction & generate enquiries with conversion rate of minimum 50%

· Validates quote with respect to the query before sending

· Prepares proforma invoice on approval of quote from customer, gets it approved and sends to customer

· Receives LPO, collects all documents as per credit policy of the company, follows for advance / payments / cheques etc

· Releases the LPO for order processing as per the schedule committed to the customer

· Collaborates with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently

· Develops and maintains filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department

· Ensures adherence to laws, regulations, and policies

· Prepares all related reports and updates the sales team and management

· Sales Order processing & getting approval from credit control team

· Follow up with planning / Operations team for the delivery schedule & communicate with the customers

· Follow up with the customers for the cheque copy prior to the delivery.

· Picklist preparation & delivery coordination

· Coordination with the customer / Salesmen/ Internal team for sample, Submittals etc.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Qualifications, Experience and skills

· Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in sales coordination work preferably from construction / plastic piping industry

· Knowledge about UAE contractors, consultants is preferable

· Customer service orientation is must

· Good communication and networking skills
