Responsibilities -

  • Represents organization in front of the authorities.

  • Define and report the market potential and needs for Oncology, Neurosurgery and Software products in defined market.

  • Identify all opportunities for new client development and develop a short, medium- and long-term strategy for conversion.

  • Identify opportunities to expand product portfolio into existing customer sites, plan and document a process from needs identification to client conversion.

  • Develop a sales strategy to increase sales into customer sites, working alongside Marketing to create sales campaigns.

  • Monitor, review and support the full utilization and adoption of CLM (CRM tool).

  • Create and manage the budget sales and profit goals for the defined market.

  • Develop new and established client relationships including distributor management.

  • Report activities, prospective sales, actual orders and sales, customer projects and business opportunities/threats.

  • Track and verify that the overall profitability of the Business Unit operation is in line with budget goals.

  • Actively interact with other functions and operations within the Group to ensure timely delivery of products as well as giving active market input to the product development process.

  • Establish a creative, dynamic and empowered open work environment integrating the Group Values throughout the Business Unit s operations.

  • Retain, monitor, coordinate and deploy the operative business needs and promote cross functional and cross organizational collaboration within the Business Unit.

  • Measure and review the operational performance of the Business Unit, highlighting and communicating any improvements where necessary.

  • Profit & Loss financial management.

  • Interface with multiple functional leaders.

  • Working with all other functions to ensure hitting the company goals, objectives and the budget of Orders, Revenue, Service and Cash collection.

  • Ensure the whole business processes are complying with compliance, regulations and Elekta code of conducts.

  • Ensure positive NPS with all Elekta Customers in Egypt.

  • Manage the relationship with the Unified Procurement Authority and all the other Customers in Egypt.

  • Ability to effectively interact directly with customers across all disciplines (hospital management and administrators, local politicians, oncologists and other medical staff, technologist and medical physicists

  • Ability to influence key managers to help achieve objectives

  • Proven ability to involve all hierarchy levels of a mid-size industrial company to achieve objectives

  • Effective negotiator

Relevant Experience

  • Proven track record of achieving personal and team based sales performance targets within the capital goods markets

  • Marketing and direct sales experience ideally in a capital intensive medical industry

  • Strong knowledge / understanding of Indirect & Distributor Marketing and Sales

  • Strong knowledge / understanding of Elekta s product portfolio

  • Solid knowledge and experience of the medical devices industry generally

Personality

  • Personality based on strong ethical standard, values and good judgement

  • Persistent, enduring, and prepared to make strong personal commitments

  • Strong people leadership and motivational skills

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree desirable (Biomedical Engineering, clinical or business oriented) or equivalent knowledge acquired through business experience

  • At least 10 Years experience in the same career.

  • Polished communication skills, both written and verbal

    Fluent in English

  • Knowledge and experience of working within a corporate, multicultural environment

  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
