WORKPLACE:
Tlemcen and will intervene in the wilayas of Tlemcen
MAIN MISSIONS:
- Participation in the recruitment of employees (interviews with HR or hierarchical superior, activation of the network).
- R partition and monitoring of his team's objectives for the optimal achievement of company objectives (sales, distribution, competitions).
- Development, support and motivation of his team (daily briefing and debriefing, field visits in support and coaching, supervision, evaluation, training).
- On-the-ground coaching accounts for 80% of working time.
- Participation in training/redeployment activities.
- Recommendations for improvement actions (implementation of support for salespeople, merchandisers).
- Supporting his team with major clients or specific actions (references to innovations, launch of new operations, promotion).
- Supports his team on major merchandising activities.
- To bring the company's values to life.
- Ensures compliance with Bel standards at partner level (distribution charter, storage standards, compliance with safety standards).
- Setting and allocation of monthly objectives and merchandise.
- optimization of his team's routes, territory coverage and the productivity of his Salespeople.
- Administrative monitoring and control of the sales force (inventory, invoicing, collection, indirect costs, vehicles, tools) on a daily basis.
- Ensures the proper functioning of HHT.
- Continuous updating of its customer database (Guarantor of the detailed customer database).
- Monitoring and analysis of these KPI performance indicators for effective business management.
- Daily/weekly and monthly reporting on his/her activity and that of his/her team.
- Digital availability statement and EQC s.
- Competitive intelligence (products, promotional practices, profit margins, market access methods of competitors).

Experience in the commercial field, of at least 3 years in a similar position
