ROLE PROFILE
- Execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver personalized property consultations and high-quality customer service.
- Attend viewings, launches, and client meetings to drive conversions.
- Stay updated on Cairo s real estate market and share insights to refine sales approaches.
- Work with brokerage agencies and partners to generate leads and support sales.
- Handle sales documentation, follow-ups, CRM updates, and provide regular reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of real estate sales experience, preferably with a reputable developer or brokerage
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and valuable connections in the real estate community.
- Skilled in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, fluent in English and Arabic.
- Results-driven, proactive, well-presented, highly organized, and able to work independently or within a team.
