Join a dynamic, innovative team that s shaping the future of digital commerce across the region. br>
- Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion .
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends , customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Manage Client accounts , ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns ( PPC ,Social Media Ads ..) and optimize for ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Prepare and present reports to clients on campaign performance and growth opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and scope of work with clients br

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing , Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred .
  • Proficient in Marketing platforms and tools ( Facebook Ads , Google Ads , TikTok Ads , Analytics platforms )
  • Strong Knowledge of performance marketing strategies and kpi's .
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make data driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication , negotiation and presenting skills .
  • Competency in Excel , reporting tools & CRM Systems.
  • Proven Experience in Business Development Within a marketing agency.
  • Strong track record as an account manager handling multiple clients .
  • Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients & growing existing accounts
  • Skilled in CRM systems ,reporting tools and excel for managing clients and tracking performance.
  • Deep understanding of key performance indicators (KPI's ) such as ROI , CIR , CPA and how to leverage them for campaign success.br
